Aura Sync main software not seeing Strix RTX2080

When will main Aura Sync have the ability to also see a Asus Strix RTX2080 O8G , instead have to use Graphics version of Aura RGB and not many features as main Aura Sync

    1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
    2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
    3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
    4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
    5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
    6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
    7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
    8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.

    1. Using a Maximus Hero X mobo with i7-9700k, latest BIOS firmware
    2. Mobo and G.Skill 3000 RAM, no other lighting software.
    3. Power Cycle makes no difference
    4. Reinstalls made no difference.
    5. Only Aura Sync is installed.
    6. Windows 10 Home build 1803
    7. Same problem in all previous builds tested.
    8. Rainbow color settings uses high cpu usage particularly when used with the G.Skill 3000 RAM. Wanting to use a color cycle of Blue to Purple to Red. When used only on the mobo and connected fans LightingService process uses about 4% cpu usage. When Syncing with RAM RGB usage increases to about 10%. Switching to a static color reduces usage to less than 1%.

LIveDash doesnt allow changes when Aura is installed?

I have been using Asus Aura and Live Dash for a while now with no problems but since installing Aura 1.07.36 and Live Dash 1.01.09 LiveDash will not allow me to update my LCD display to anything other than its default settings (CPU Temperature - Small Text). If I select anything else and apply the display does not change and upon my next run of the software its set back to defaults again. If I uninstall Aura, LiveDash works perfectly fine. I tried to revert back to older versions of Aura/Livedash to see if it would fix the issue but no luck. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

    Motherboard: ROG Rampage VI Extreme
Bios Rev. 1603 (1704 causes my motherboard all kinds of issues with the fans)

    1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
    - Asus ROG Strix Z390-E latest firmware 0903
    2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
    - Aura 1.07.36
    3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
    - none
    4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
    - same old problem
    5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
    - none
    6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
    - Windows 10 Pro build 1809
    7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
    - tried previous version Aura, app crash
    8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
    - My Coolermaster RGB LED bar, Coolermaster casing RGB LED just light up in white (Red Green Blue together). Zero control on the RGB, won't turn off nor change colour effect.
    - ROG Strix RGB logo motherboard was working fine till the new Aura update and latest BIOS firmware update doesn't work. Tried removing CMOS battery and reverse update firmware to previous version doesn't fix it. Now the ROG logo remain dark without any RGB lighting.
    - HyperX Predator RGB not detected on Aura
    - My Coolermaster ARGB fans are working and aura detects only. (the only thing that works in the meantime)

    RE: Does anyone respond here?

I've been all over the Asus support website, and keep getting redirected to the forum for help after trying every solution there. Its been a week since my post, is there actually anyone monitoring this thread and providing support??

motherboard does not show up in Aura. I've switched BIOS settings for RGB to off and back on, reinstalled aura in numerous ways, cleaned registry, etc. Lights on the motherboard work.

-- When starting AURA, immediately receive an "ASUS AURA Stopped Working" error message. Program will not launch. All lights are stuck in rainbow mode.
    -- Things I have tried:
---- Uninstalled AURA, ran AURACleaner, Re-installed latest version of AURA
    ---- Refreshed Windows
---- Uninstalled AURA, ran AURACleaner, installed previous build of AURA (1.07.22)
    ---- Disabling Fast Startup
---- Turned AURA off and back on within BIOS
---- Reinstalled various drivers (e.g. chipset)
---- Uninstalled all ASUS software, reinstalled AURA and ran it alone
---- Updated BIOS to latest version
---- Reseated RGB connectors on motherboard
---- Power cycled unit (drained flea power as well)

EDIT: For whatever reason, unplugging my XP-Pen drawing tablet allowed AURA to launch again. No clue why my drawing tablet had an effect on the launching of ASUS AURA as it has no lighting, but that's what solved my problem. The model I have is the XP-Pen Artist 22.
I had the same issue with the "ASUS AURA Stopped Working" error message. It had worked previously so I figured it wasn't a HW issue. I had a crash on opening Steam Big Picture with my Steam Controller. Tried restarting, nothing would work. I unplugged the Steam Controller USB, restarted, and plugged it back in. ASUS Aura launched successfully.

    Check your USB devices!
