Dismal benchmarks on 2x Titan RTX

I'm benching two Titan RTX on my Zenith Extreme and I'm getting really poor scores. Firestrike Extreme looks to get ~9k whereas the 2x 2080 Tis I had in there were seeing ~13k+. You might say it's the Titans but I popped them into an Asrock Taichi and was able to get ~15k with some overclocking on the cards.

Has anyone else been experiencing issues with their Zenith Extreme and the RTX line of cards?

Do you have the PCIE slots set to full speed as in Gen 3?
