Is Windows 10 1809 still a hot mess?

I blocked downloads for 30 days and set my update cadence to be as delayed as possible 2 months ago. I was curious if anyone is getting 1809 to run trouble free. Although I may be one of the few folks that actually uses GPU Tweak II and AI Suite III without any issues, I heard 1809 broke these. Feedback appreciated.

Yes, trouble free. Running AISuite and Aura with no issues.

I have been running Win 10 x64 version 1809 since 12/20/18 and Aura and AI Suite II both work perfectly for me.

I dont use AI Junk and GPU Tweak latest works somewhat, nothing different though. I just have to load profiles over and over and over and over and over..........
