advise on manual OC Hero XI i7-9700k

    Hello everyone!
My name is Hercules, am from Greece.
I recently purchase the maximus hero XI with an i7 9700k and 2X8 vengeance corsairs max oc @3200 (stock atm). Been reading here and there in the forum though the only thing i managed to pile is not to use the AI for my OC. Ok fine with that, though is been a long time since i played in the bios/uefi. My knowledge's are limited so any basic guide and bit of patient to assist me would be greatly appreciated.
To get some Qs in it to get them out of the way
what would be the avg Volt for the CPU and RAM? am bit confused here i read for the cpu to pump it at 1.35 and from there notch by notch reduction? does the memory has similar issues?
further which values do i need to read on is there a thread for noobs to read am familiar with FSB term though i see loads of terms are changed yeah the last time i had a walk-through was 10 years ago on the i7 965 extreme on rampage extreme 2 if recall correct and we didnt had the mouse working the bios
Thank you in advance for your time to help me .

    Dear X-rated,
much appreciated on the advise. Is it possible to elaborate a bit more on the hw monitor. my IT vocabulary is limited and some forgotten. Havent gone through it yet due to other obligations. Tonight am hoping to get started on the UEFI to get the values sorted and get more familiar with. Will post soon. Any apps that i should prefer for the testings?

    Kind regards, Hercules

i recommend cinebench for first try to see if it can run at least something, then at least 5x y-cruncher benchmark, settings 0, 1, 7 for 16GB of memory

so managed to get a bit familiar with the uefi and import the suggested values which obviously had a great result. stability was not tested due to limited time.
so decreasing the cpu volts by a notch to 1.325 and see how that comes out. or get cpu ratio at 51

i would test avx stability first with y-cruncher, each benchmark with 16 GB of memory takes about 3 minutes
