What is safe VCCIO and system agent voltages for daily high memory overclocks?

I have my ddr4 memory looking to be stable at 4133mhz 16 16 36 2T 1.49v however when I checked what auto voltage had set VCCIO and system agent to was 1.35v and 1.4v. This seems very very high yes?

Am I right in saying under 1.3v for daily use on both would be fine? Or do they need to be even lower?

i dont think asus would push something dangerous through its auto settings although in many cases such high values are not necessary 🙂
i have set both at 1,3V in bios for 4266 MHz

That 1 way to look at it I guess. Ok thanks. And you are comfortable running that daily on both?

when i was trying lowering those values, even though it seemd stable for some time, after long time heavy load some instability occured so i had to rise them to 1,3V and now everything works great 24/7 so im comfortable with that 🙂

never NEVER trust the auto settings
