Hey Tistou, If you have time and are in the mood is it possible to produce modded versions with (49 microcode) of the 1301 & 1401 BIOSes?
The only reason I am asking this is the fact that after 1503 Q-Fan is not working as it used to work in 1301 (have not tested 1401). For example 1603 totally breaks control of my High Amp Header and my 9 Corsair ML140 Pro fans connected to it can't be tuned anymore. Dropping to 1503 with 49 microcode restores control to a point but not how it was in 1301. Obvisouly Asus messed with something....because: Software + ASUS..lol...Every other connector works ok (fans, pumps, etc)..
So before I dump another set of the "Great Asus RVIE" features and get an Aquaero 6XT, I thought of trying the older 1301 & 1401 BIOSes with the updated ROMs if possible..
Is there a downside in using 1301 & 1401 vs 1503? That is if it is even possible to produce modded versions of those older BIOSes...
Any feedback would be appreciated..Asus Rampage VI Extreme | i9-7940X | 64GB Trident Z RGB 3600 | Asus Strix 1080Ti OC | Samsung 960 Pro 512GB | WD Gold 10TB | WD Red 4TB X 2 | PSU Corsair AX1500i | Custom Water Loop - RAD MO-RA3 420 Pro | EK Monoblock | Phanteks GPU Block | Heatkiller 200 Tube RES | EK Dual D5 Revo Pumps | 9 X Corsair ML 140 Pro Fans on RAD | | Bitspower Fittings Black Chrome | Cooler Master Cosmos 2 Modded Case | Silent WIngs 3 120mm Intake |
