    Did you try rolling back to an older bios version? On my Omega, 3201 was a terrible performer and needed quite a bit more voltage for a stable OC. I rolled it back 2 versions via bios flashback. Doesn’t hurt to give it a try.Â*Â*Â*

    Sorry for the random post.

    In the end; I decided not to update the BIOS of my Rampage VI APEX to BIOS 3105. The newer BIOS versions such as 3201 and 3301 don’t appear to offer improvements I would want.

    I am staying on version 1401 since some forum posters have said newer BIOS versions work great on the APEX while others have said they experience BSODs, higher CPU temperatures and RAM not getting detected properly.

    I prefer the stability of my system over the improvements offered. Thanks for sharing your experiences in this thread.
