    Elmor didn't have any troubles overclocking his cpu on Encore. His 10980xe is not retail by the way. But the new Microcode just fixes voltage control under software, so inbios had to work properly with previous ones.

    Yeah man, encore bios is far better that R6E. Titsou77 said that encore had Caskade lake-x microcode in bios and extreme did not, even with 2002 bios.

    Bios 2002 just had RST modules updated and new microcode for Cascade Lake-X
    Microcode (for Skylake-X) and others modules are the same

    Thanks, my assumption was because Microcode 49 being put first, then it's the newest one, i think you should put Microcode 64 in the first line instead.

    About this thread, the microcode haven't been released yet?.
