Why was apex 1902 not a .cap file instead it's a .rar file ?

Retpoline is not compatible with skylake and later Intel cpu generations...

U can enable it via Regedit, but won't work with your 7820x.

For my part, I have the same performance with the patch Spectre disabled or Retpoline enabled (and patch Spectre enabled therefore)

Retpoline doesn't work in your 7980xe...

U are wasting your time enabling it, since it doesn't work=same performance enabled/disabled in the Windows Registry!!!
