The best solution for Skylake X & Cascadelake needs both OS kernel and microcode patched .

Recently W10 insider build + lastest microcode was the best results.*

It looks like Cascade Lake-X is not microcode with the latest Windows 2004

For the moment, microcode 29 has better results

I saw that as well but there was mention of someone looking at them and finding that they are identical, only the version number was changed. Let me see if I can find that post.
