@tistou77, any chance of Rampage VI Omega 3006 bios with MC29? Just flashed the "regular" 0802 bios into the Omega, which has MC29, and performance seems improved. For example, Cinebench R15 went from 4599 to 4731. R20 scores also improved from 10,582 to 11,123.

no chiller, so you have more performance on 603 modded?

Im doing well on the 702 MC29, best yet.
The original killed performance, especially on my drives. When a pair of VROC drive low que depth random reads drop from 200MBPS to 20 MBPS there is a problem! loaded up MC29 and its back where it belongs with better CPU performance with a lower Vcore. I can run CB23 at 4.8GHz and stay around 80C. Run Blender classroom in a loop or the long benchmark and not pass 85C. Before I was taking longer, lower scores and 5C higher as it needed 1.25Vcore instead of the 1.235 Im running now. Also able to drop VCCIN to 1.8 and LLC to 4.

I have tried all of the recent Omega bioses. Bios version 0802, which contains MC29, outperforms them all. However, bios 3006 will allow me to lower my core voltage which drops temps a bit. The 2 newer bios versions, 3105 and 3201, are performance disasters. Therefore, I have been trying to incorporate MC29 into bios 3006 with no luck. I have followed all the directions using various tools, and it won't allow me to flash the bios. I asked for help in a few places with no response and I don't want to PM people for help for this trivial task. I can "deal" with 0802, but I'd love to see what I can get with bios 3006 and MC29.

Well today was a success! I modded my first bios and flashed it successfully. I am now running bios 3006 with MC29 on my Omega. Of the last 3 bios updates, 3006 was by far the best for overclocking. Needed a good bit less voltage to achieve the same OC as 3105 and 3201. I found 3201 especially power hungry. It needed 1.275V to be stable at 4.8. 3105 was a bit better, but 3006 only needed 1.23V for 4.8. So something is going on with the newer bios versions. I really liked 0802, as it contained the best MC for performance, which is MC29. Now, to see how it performs.

@tistou77 is it possible to fix the performance drop and heat problem on the 3201 Bios for RA6?!
My CPU runs up to 10 degrees hotter and looses up to 700 Points in 3DMark.i7-13700K

You want microcode 29, not 49. Microcode 49 is for Skylake-X and you have Cascade Lake X. I have found bios 3201 requires much more voltage when overclocking compared to 3006. However, this is with an Omega board.
