new ucodes again for core i9 - they are coming fast now... makes you wonder what the heck intel is doing, releasing a new ucode update every month... maybe they should just get it right once and for all, i.e. (safely) enable TSX again, improve cache latency performance instead of making it slower with every release, etc.

You probably didn't understand me.
If you disconnect the power cable from the system unit, and then connect and then turn on the computer, then it starts and turns off after 3 seconds, then starts itself and then passes the full post bios and boots Windows. If you do not disconnect power from the system unit, the next computer start-up is normal.

With such double starts of the computer, HDD is badly affected. They just start, and the computer shuts down, and then start again.
I can video if you don't understand my description.

I see you may need to asking for Shamino and his BIOS teams from ASUSTEK to fixing those cold boot for your model aka R6EE.

In my opinion , Look like it was BIOS design for each model from their team, First years of R6E the BIOS series also catch that issue.
After BIOS 2XXX , Shamino and his team was fixing that to the right way, My system use only once time post and pass to Windows shell.

Look at R6EE was only 0901 series BIOS revision, So it will take sometime for Shamino and their team fixing this issue for your mobo.
