restsugavan I see you may need to asking for Shamino and his BIOS teams from ASUSTEK to fixing those cold boot for your model aka R6EE.

In my opinion , Look like it was BIOS design for each model from their team, First years of R6E the BIOS series also catch that issue.
After BIOS 2XXX , Shamino and his team was fixing that to the right way, My system use only once time post and pass to Windows shell.

And how to contact Shamino? I am from Russia and do not know English well. Can you outline the Shamino problem?

Look like Master tistou77 from france and other owner of R6EE will support your thread.
That will force Shamino and his team fixing that quickly.
Hope this way will eliminate your annoying problem soon.

For some reason the Microcode 05003006 (bios 0901) that I just installed heats up my 10940x which is OC'ed to 4.8.
Could be the weather but my max temperature is 89 in core 3 at 60% usage.

Aside from that, all the modules are up to date on my Rampage encore.

But to help here so many tears have already been shed about this and I wrote and asked questions, but nothing has been done. I think I need someone to write a very authoritative Shamino, maybe then he will react.

and even more new uCodes this time for 79x0XE only (not 99x0XE or 109x0 XE).

This is really recent uCode from Jan 15th 2021. Also, judging from the revision number, uCode 6B05 is a big revision step up from previous 6A0A (0x6B05 - 0x6A0A = 0xFB = 191 build version increments).
should be worth while to test.

More info...

1. From cold boot Q Code LCD counts to "CPU 3B" and suddenly reboots (Soft or Hard reboot ?) into a 2nd successful boot sequence

2. Started happening after 0401 bios

3. Appears to be bad firmwares/flash since 0401, as flashing back to 0401 and earlier
does not fix the problem.

TJ Max remains the same: 110 on my 10940x.
I find it more stable but it gets warmer.
