I have a problem why the ASUS GPU Tweak II software in GPU
SPEES is showing me no real data regardless of which program I
change and no matter with the PC Noah or Game

This is normal, it displays right the maximum value in MHz and left the current value

On the left panel you can see what happens while the card is working.
By making a Bench with TechPowerUp GPU-Z For example we can see the graphics of the panels of GPUTweak inform us.

in simple "user" language - you have to stress/load your gpu - ASUS software is showing MAX clocks, but your realtime/on-demand apps are showing info @current timestamp (and at this moment you are using desktop + monitoring app @99% of cases). 😃
