ROG Spatha Wirelss Failure since recent Firmware update

Hi all, I mentioned it https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...009#post755556 but I'm not sure if it was the best place (I got no response).

Since upgrading to Armoury V3.00.16, my Mouse and dock firmware was updated to the following:

    Mouse: 1.72
    Dock: 1.32

Since then whenever I use wireless mode, the mouse totally loses connection once it goes to "sleep" (or at least if it is left for a while, the lights remain on), (It's done it since typing this already... I have it set to a short interval as otherwise it doesn't last the day). I need to cycle the power on the mouse to get it to work again. essentially making the wireless function of the mouse useless (I work from home and its gets very frustrating!).

Is this issue known and is there a fix on the way for it? This was an expensive mouse and currently I am not able to use it as intended!

    Thanks.

Update, I believe it is working again..

I suspected it was a profile issue, so I:

Opened the mouse and disconnected the Battery.
    Uninstalled Armoury 3.00.16
    Uninstalled any Windows Drivers
    Installed Armoury 1.02.26
Hit "Default" on all settings windows on all profiles
Noted that the firmware version also reverted.
    Tested ok.
    Upgraded to Mouse Firmware 1.69
    Tested ok.
Upgraded to Mouse firmware 1.72, the problem persisted.
I have reverted to 1.68 and I *think* It is stable again.

Looks like the issue is Mouse firmware 1.72

I've not had the base and mouse hard connected at the same time (I still think this is a huge flaw in itself, if its true!), and mouse firmware was only updated over the wired connection

I don't believe the power "sleep" settings and light blinking for low power warning are updating properly. I'll mention that in the update thread.

Are there patch notes for firmware and software updates?
