Just aquired a new laptop. Once I've taken it out of the box I was able to play black ops at 130 fps. 1week later sudden drop in fps to 20 and wouldnt go any further than 30. Contact ASUS who recomended me to format I did now I can only play at 80-90 FP Battelfield V at 70-80 FPs.

ANyone knows what can be causing this and how can i fix it?

I have till the 8th to return the laptop so I have a bit of urgency.
