Well, those are the things I would have done. Laptops don't have a lot of room for tweaking. I guess I'd also remove any software I'm not using and make sure I have the latest Nvidia driver. Other drivers you generally don't have to worry about unless you are having issues but Nvidia does optimize as new games come out so it's worth staying relatively up to date.
