Is something wrong with my sistem?

I have a cooler scythe mugen 5 rev.b and no matter how i put the thermalpaste the first 2 cores are always hotter in games than the last two and the interesting thing what i see is that in occt the 3rd core temperature is constrant dopping like it isn't use at full capacity. Here is the test in aida 64 as you see that the 3rd core is cooler and in occt the temperature are nearly the same but the 3rd core is always dropping in temperature.

That amount of temperature variation is well within normal limits...
