[Solved] Strix 2080 and GPU Tweak II 1.9.4.4 OC Scanner does not work

So.. Simply put, I have a Strix 2080 and the OC Scanner in GPU Tweak II 1.9.4.4. pops out a Scan Fail at 1%.

## UPDATE ##
Solved by reinstalling nvidia drivers with "clean install" option selected and trying a previous version of GPU Tweak.

I have the same problem on a RTX 2070 O8.
Fresh installation of Nvidia not working.

To my knowledge, there should not be any issues with any overclocking on this card as the voltage is locked up by nvidia.
