Since you sacrificed so much in hz you should get a slightly larger IPS panel (27" or 32") at 60Hz. IPS is generally better image quality and you can find some up to 165Hz.

a friend of mine told me that the cooler and the cpu , there will be placed on them thermal paste
should i get more ?
or will it be provided with the items ?

The cooler should come with some paste yes...but that is a one time deal...if you need to remount the cooler etc.

If you are building a PC you should have a few things about just in case you encounter problems

The paste that comes with the cooler is also not the best quality...it also has a tendency to cement to the CPU making removing the cooler a pain...people have damaged CPU pins because the CPU pulled out stuck to the cooler....

Happened to me once, AMD AM3+ with ARCTIC MX-4, came straight out stuck to the bottom of the cooler.

Read a good deal of this Reddit thread and comments, seems scary. but that will happen only if I want to replace the CPU right? or remount the cooler?

What should I do to prevent this ? should I get a thermal paste when I first build it? if yes which brand has good quality?

Yeah I can vouch for ARCTIC MX-4, no complaints. Have used it in several builds and now it cools my 9700K @ 5.2 and does a good job at it.

However its almost empty and I will have to get a new one soon, and have heard that this one is top choice now - Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut.

Heh...no problem if you are expecting it but I see people snapping pins when they aren't
