I'd consider a PSU with more headroom given your Vega 56 and Threadripper combination. Use this calculator to help choose your PSU: https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

750 should be fine but a little extra headroom never killed anybody, provided the price difference isn't incomprehensible.

Case will depend on how much money you want to spend. Good airflow is of importance.

I prefer and am able to help with air coolers, but I can't dispense advice about liquid since I have no experience with them. I defer to others in that arena.
So according to the websites calculations with Always On 24/7 Utilization time and Game on! 24/7 with the same build as mentioned before the recommended wattage goes 685 W. I would go for EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2 power supply to be in the safe side.

What good coolers would you recommend for the build, i was thinking of cooler master.
How many coolers should i have anyway ? speaking of air cooling.

"Speaking of coolers if just found a good cooler supposedly from the reference you mentioned, it's labeled as Ryzen Threadripper for TR4 sockets might be exactly what im looking for"

I would pick a dual channel motherboard, a 6 core Intel, or a 6 core Ryzen
    Two sticks of DDR4 2x8gb @3200mhz
    Okay wait, im confused now.

is it the same case if i will use the build with 3d rendering don't i need more cores.
folks here suggested the X399 TR4 for the advantage of having more PCI lanes for future upgrading.

An 850W PSU would be a good choice

Get a good cooler...the best you can afford...TR needs good cooling...think you might want to upgrade the 8 core to 16 cores in the future...I would be looking at Noctua for air cooling

Like I mentioned earlier, if you're air cooling Noctua would be the primary choice but the best Noctua cooler, the NH-D15 doesn't appear to be compatible with TR4. They do, however, have dedicated TR4 socket coolers available: https://noctua.at/en/noctua-presents...epyc-platforms

There's also the Wraith Ripper from Cooler Master which provides aesthetic charm: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/...wraith-ripper/

If air cooling I would personally go with the Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 or the Cooler Master Wraith Ripper. For water cooling Cooler Master seems to be popular, but I'd also consider Cryorig, Thermaltake, Fractal Design and NZXT.

AMD has a list of compatible TR4 socket thermal solutions to help narrow down your options: https://www.amd.com/en/thermal-solutions-threadripper

Seems to be a good case after revisions. Kitguru used the better setup for testing thermals with a 7980XE and Vega 64 showing both within thermal limits inside the case.

    Tested on your CPU: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews...er,5715-2.html

Performs better than the Master Air MA621P you posted earlier.

With 2 X 200mm intake and heat rising up you'll want decent exhaust to prevent warm air being trapped. I'd just add one more 140mm fan on the top. You can always add more later.

Forgot to mention, Noctua coolers will ruin any planned theme in your case with the brown coloured fans, however they do offer a solution through the Chromax line of accessories should you wish to eliminate a potential eye sore.

Thats great thanks for mentioning that !
I think the case comes with fans right that's what I saw in the review, are those which you meant by 2 X 200mm intake?
