Point is, don't forget to check power supply. It maybe defective. If you have access to another power supply. Swap it out and check.
yes that has been on my mind , however have no problems rebooting anymore , now i just get sudden pc blackout , no monitor and no pc reaction even though all system is powered and fans going , you can hear the sudden power drop though when the monitor blinks out , and this happens now every few minits trying to play a game of battlefield 5 , but strange enough i went and played a whole round of battlefield 1 and nothign happend , maybe a fluke idk , ill try playing it longer to see if i get blackout , i ran benchtest for a short time and nothing happened to the pc while it was under the test load , so im at a total loss so far

The way to rule out PSU problems is to swap yours with a new or good borrowed one. What were the results when you did this?

Have you run the system continuously at stock as requested several times in this thread?

Are you sure you are using the UEFI version of memtest86?
    Do *NOT* use memtest86+.
Booting to memtest86 is extremely easy.
    1) install UEFI version with their installer (hell you can even download Rufus yourself and point it to the memtest86 IMG file and install it that way too, if you're a purist).
    2) insert your memtest USB into a usb drive.
    3) boot to bios and change boot order to boot from the USB drive first, before the windows boot manager (SSD or HDD).
    4) that's all you have to do.

As already posted, memory instability can cause sporadic reboots. I would run the tests I've already recommended as Memtest86 is not going to tell you anything worth knowing regarding stability. Both HCI Memtest and Ramtest are far more stringent.

Its like a trait or signature, i am sure most hardboild 3D benchmarkers can agree

first step: I would load setup defaults in bios, and try the game (if it fails)
if the game wont fail, then you will know where the problem is (bios settings)

(sorry, i did not read all posts in this thread)

    Good luck
The OP has already removed XMP which has resolved the sporadic rebooting
