Strix 2080 +2300 memory too good to be true?

So I've been redoing my 2080 overclock with Apex and Anthem coming out, nvidia rolling new drivers and the current result seems too good to be true... I got a +2300 on memory (+80 on GPU) running stable over and over 3D Mark Time Spy Extreme. Memory is at 16300 now and 3DMark sees it accurately at 2038MHz (16300/8).

This just seems too good to be true, given that most people hit a wall at +600 to +1100. Or did I read something wrong?
