Intel 905p M.2 Temps

Temperature is at 41C with my Intel 905p M.2 with the heatsink supplied with the R6EO in the DIMM.2 slot. I think that's pretty good, but seems like my other drives were in the 30s C. Just wanted opinions on the temps here. I do have the option of installing EKWB M.2 passive heatsink for this drive. Don't think there should be much improvement, but that's just a guess. Asus' heatsink has a thermal pad only on one side facing the aluminum side of the cooler. Opinions on this temp? Thanks.

I gather JEDEC spec is 40c so you are fine. Also, you don't want to get the NAND too cool as it will actually cause problems so I wouldn't change anything.

Thanks. First temp I saw with installation of windows was 47C. I thought that was a bit high. 41C was an idle temp. I’ll just watch it for now. Appreciate the feedback.
