Asus B360-i missing Realtek Audio Control panel

Hello i just bought an B360-i motherboard and with the latest drivers 6.0.1.8573 i have missing the Realtek Audio Manager control panel.
Windows 10 should download it automatically via Windows Updates or the Store, but this isn't happening in my case. Only the oldest driver 6.0.1.8339 works!
Tried uninstalling/installing countless times but nothing changes so far....

Also can't install it separately from: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9p2b8mcsvpln

Hello, tried it with same results, no control panel and cant install the one from M$ Store.....
Edit: installing this fixed it:

But now i face another issue: windows reduces volume automatically on some louder songs and i cant do anything about it....
Standard options don't work, need a registry tweak to fix that! HELP!
