Audio out of sync

Upgraded my PC a few days ago and now Im experiencing sound going out of sync whenever I watch a movie on my PC using the on-board sound card.

I have updated all the drivers and doubled checked and reinstalled them. Tried both HDA and UAD drivers. Also tried the Message Signaled-based Interrupts app. Still no luck. I also ran LatencyMon but it shows no problems.

I do feel that the higher format I use the worse it gets. But the mobo is suppose to support 2 channel, 24 bit, 192000 Hz, but out of sync is the worst with that setting. Im using an optical cable from the sound card to my receiver. Sound is fine using my ROG Delta headphones. Seems fine on youtube also.

Using the drivers from here:

My system:
Asus ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING
Intel Core i9-9900K
Gainward GTX 1080 Phoenix GLH
Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 2x8GB
970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD 250GB
Corsair RM750X 750W v2 80+ Gold
Windows 10 Pro x64 1809

Ah, ok. 🙂 I couldn't live without HDMI inputs, with 4 gaming consoles. May be unrelated but turn off your BT receiver and check it.
