I think I'll bump the VDIMM to 1.39V and see what I get. I will report back later.

Then you should realise that if you increase clock speeds, the voltages would likely change, right? So why be surprised his voltages are different to yours? He has a different CPU, different memory speeds, so how can one expect the same voltages on both systems? You need to think about what your posts imply.

Hi,
I just showed an example which was originally just hwinfo display monitoring purposes
Op never said how he was monitoring in the os only posted bios images so monitoring software was unknown
Turned out hwinfo was rudely off older build
Needed the newest beta build to get close to something useful readings in the os but that was what it was all about = monitoring in the os

If the system is not crashing since you increased SA and IO voltages, then it's wise to wait before tuning other rails. I'd advise being methodical so that you know which parameters help. If the memory is rated for 1.35V at DDR4-4000, them you should only increase DRAM Voltage as a last resort. Tune SA and IO voltages first. If that doesn't help, then you can dig deeper.

Still having BD codes with a crash today. Loaded optimized defaults and left the VDIMM at 1.35V. Rest as above, no change. I’ll see how it goes the next few days with cold boot on memory training.
