Long time Asus user looking for Support or Refund
I have used Asus Motherboards exclusively for years without hardly an issue. However my last build I used a Formula XI . A beautiful board for certain. Lots of promise inside that board.
Once windows 10 is installed, followed by the Asus drivers for the board and components. Then Aura and Live Dash . . I have the same issues that you are been receiving reports about from quite a few folks . Live Dash sometimes shows valid info (ie temp) other times it is stuck on "Detected Memory" or off completely until the next reboot. The Aura hangs and the service stops, it loses settings. you know , all that same stuff you have been hearing about for a while.
I would prefer that you fix these issues in a most expeditious manner, or refund the very expensive purchase price of my Formula MB.
One final note, I have installed, reinstalled, clean installed Windows 10 4 times over the last few days.

If you wish to receive a refund make sure you contact your retailer ASAP. Only the retailer can issue a refund. Once you pass the retailer's return window your only option will be RMA for repair or replacement. RMA is good at resolving hardware issues but isn't much help if you don't like the companion software.

Live dash does this with the current software version - on my Max11E also. The in live dash are not retained thru an on/off cycle.

Can you confirm which UEFI version and version of Live Dash, please? I have the Formula XI cycling multiple info without issue on my personal system (0805). I also have Aura installed in tandem as well as the Aura Terminal.
Does the issue occur after resuming from S3, or randomly?

I am running 0805 for bios, however I noticed that my date on my 0805 is Jan 29, and the one now posted has a later date but is still listed as 0805. My issue is not random, it will fail everytime after a sleep state , and crash randomly during use if I enter the program. Sometimes it will not open at all .

I am currently running aura 1.07.35 and Live Dash 1.04. I am contemplating trying one more fresh install, but I really hate the idea of investing another day of software installation to have the same end result. Personally I would like to see Live dash and aura in the same program, instead of two different , I feel the confliction is between those two pieces of software. I appreciate your help and I look forward to your input.

I've just installed 1.07.35 along side LD 1.04 and everything is working as intended, including resuming from S3. The OLED displays the Formula animation whilst in S3, and resumes cycling upon awaking from S3.
Can you
1. Confirm what settings you are using in Aura / Live Dash
2. List any other utilities or applications running in the background
3. List all Aura Sync devices connected
It may also help if you can save your UEFI config and upload the txt here.
