Overclocking DRAM question

Hi Community!

I managed to OC my hyperx fury 2400mhz to 3000mhz with 1.33v 15-16-16-36 T1 stable. My question is, will it shorten the life of my cpu or dram in the long run? I am using the z370-h mobo model 4+2 vrm phase.

Another question: I put the 8700k to 4.7ghz with max temp of 78c 1.25v in realbench, is it safe also in the long run?

Thanks.

No one can answer that...

What is long run?

Statistically you should be OK for a while

Stock is safe

:p:o

Thanks, just assuring my hardware will last long since lots of forums avoid low power phase mobos in terms of overclocking.

As above, nobody can answer this with any certainty, but there is no evidence to suggest DDR4 degrades at these voltages, or with substantially more.

1.25V is fine for that CPU, too.
