8700k igpu drivers?
So I just realized that I had never installed igpu drivers on my 8700k (maximus x code). Has anyone experienced any conflictions or issues when utilizing? I think theres something I must enable in the bios first? I just wanted to have them installed for a rainy day, in case I had to go without a graphics card for any situation. I saw on the intel site there was only DCH drivers, but I havent heard good things about using those yet. Are there non dch drivers to use?
It would be HD630 graphics, right?https://downloadcenter.intel.com/pro...D-Graphics-630
Also, does enabling the igpu potentially mess with overclock stability?
Thanks for any input everyone.Last edited by Guitarmageddon888; 02-24-2019 at 02:54 AM.

In bios, advanced menu, system agent configuration, set "multi monitor" to enabled, F10 to save and restart, igpu should be enabled so you can install Intel video drivers.
I have not experienced any issues with DCH drivers myself.
It would only cause stability issues if you have some extreme over clock, but it may cause your CPU to run a tiny bit hotter.
