Asus STX II - Op Amps question - Which to replace?

So I want to swap out for some Burson V5i op amps. Do I need to just do the buffer chip? Only the I/V chips? or all 3? I'm mainly a headphone user, and as I understand it, the buffer chip affects the sound on headphones only? How about the I/V chips? Do they affect sound on the headphones? I wish ASUS had included more info with the sound card about op amps and how they work in the sound card. This is my first decent piece of audio equipment, I've never dealt with op amps before. I'm driving a pair of Sennheiser HD579s with this card btw. Thanks!
