Hi Guys,

I'm new to overclocking so please work with me. I've followed the direction of this video to the T. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95Ujni7-fVM&t=125s
For some reason at CPU current capabilites, the max I see is 170%.

I also notice that there's other video by newegg.

Which one is a good one to follow?

The error I'm having is that when I'm running the cinebench, I get the blue screen. Current looking at the CPUZ, all the cores are at 4.6ghz, where as I want 5ghz

Firstly remove any memory overclocking (including XMP profile)

1. Set Sync all Cores - 50

2. Under Digi+ set Loadline Calibration (LLC) 6

3. Set Vcore in Manual Mode - Overide voltage 1.3v

Test again and decrease or increase vcore accordingly.

I'll give that a shot. Do I turn it back to Auto?

Did not crash an I have a score of 2062 cb? CPU temp max at 89c?

I don't use CB, so I can't comment on your score.

However, 89c is pushing the thermal limit. You do not want to go about 91c.

Thermals are quite high for Cinebench. Try lowering vcore till you experience instability. Test with XTU stress test to start out.

This is from realtest from Asus website. Is this better? Running 5ghz at 1.29 voltage.*

Nice. Yes, Realbench is a good synthetic mix for daily workloads. Run the stress test for 1 to 2 hours.

I can apps running or just the test running? how do I set it to 1hr?
