We are not overclocking nor tweaking anything in bios

For computer freezes, if you are sure your drivers are all up to date (do you check websites like AMD.com, use Intel Driver & Support and GeForce Experience, etc. daily?) then I would do a Windows Reset (under "Settings>Recovery") which reinstalls Windows. In most cases that is pretty fast these days, with SSDs, etc. and can solve such problems.

Has anyone contacted Asus? Not that you will definitely get much from them. Anytime I have contacted Asus via email or chat, it has not usually been worth the time. You never know though. Another option is to try contacting Microsoft. They have a chat help where you can chat online with a technician. That has helped me in a couple cases.
I'd also try posting at Tom's Hardware. Sometimes someone might have something helpful for you there.
Lastly, I think you have tried this, but sometimes such problems are due to the Bios you are using. Above you said you have upgraded and downgraded the Bios. How about older ones?Last edited by Super Gnome; 10-20-2020 at 02:28 PM.
