I have very unstable memory frequency. Spec: PSU - HX1000i Motherboard - ASUS MAXIMUS IX APEX Memory - HX432C18FB2/8 3200 Mhz 1.2v 18, 21, 21, 39 - 2 of them CPU - 7700k
What I tried. -lower memory frequncy, increase memory voltage, change SA and IO The good thing was I change SA and IO and are more good with 1.10 SA and 1.10 IO ,work also this values 1.15 SA - 1.10 IO, with this settings I manage to lower the oscillation frequency but it is still very fast oscillation.
The value changing there in CPU-Z is normal. A result of the "bus" speed changing....which I think doesn't actually exist....it's just a clock driven value that will oscillate slightly
So don't increase voltage based on that! Only base your voltage on stress test/daily computing stability...
So, run your RAM at rated speed at lowest voltage...ignore that slight change in value
