My understanding...which may be limited...

Small tests CPU...large tests memory (simplification obviously) blend tests both...

So if you want to hammer on your CPU for some insult it has done you...small FFT

Really, if you want to keep your CPU and have a truer sense of stable I'd second the RealBench recommend...

Personally would just stick to RealBench on 9900K when testing AVX stability. If you want to test Prime AVX stability, prepare to make some compromise depending on CPU quality and thermals.
