Sounds like the card might have been confused and needed a little direction and guidance. The 1660 Ti is a newborn, after all.
I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.

One more question regarding the CPU , the Ryzen 2700x turbo is 4.2 ghz yeah ? Im currently runing it in stock setings 3.7ghz the turbo means that if there will be a need of more power the cpu will automatically overclock itself to 4.2 ghz for example during gaming ?
The Dual Inteligent Processors from ASUS is it any good ? On another forum one guy told me to uninstall it as it causing a lot of trouble is that right ? Also this tool automatically overclock the CPU to 4,2 ghz when i had it on my OS is this 100% safe ?
Sorry for my english by the way , im a self learner

Exactly. HWinfo64 will is a great monitor for that. It will show you what your CPU is currently clocking to, and it also stores information regarding its highest clock speed and voltage. Use that if you'd like to confirm it's functioning as intended. The clock speed for each core might be displayed as 4192.85 Mhz or something like that, so it may not read exactly 4200 but don't worry, that's normal.
DIP seems to be working well enough for me, but I only use it to set a fan curve for the CPU and chassis fans. I don't touch it otherwise because I did have problems with it for a long time before it became stable. The consensus is that the software needs a serious revamp.
I would not use Ai Suite III to OC your CPU. There are guides on how do this in your BIOS so take that route.I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.

In BF 5 im only getting about 60fps maximum and sometimes they go down to 45 for a sec then go back to 60.Last edited by Pawexsoton; 03-17-2019 at 01:37 AM.

Can you monitor your CPU and GPU loads and temps?
What is your RAM usage when playing BFV?
Any Windows 10 updates lately?I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.
