Depends for what? CPU GPU

RealBench for full system test or Vray bench

Firestrike/Timespy for GPU

Cinebench for CPU

what about prime95?

An outdated stress test IMO...not a benchmark

so I just ran realbench. Currently I’m getting temps from 80-90 degrees. 5.0ghz ad 1.278 adaptive voltage. Following the advice from the Asus rep on YouTube. Is it normal for hot temps?

Yes...it's a stress test that uses AVX instructions...so it get's hot.

If you are going to use a lot of AVX software consider setting AVX offset and/or reducing OC. If you aren't then look at what temps your normal uses generate.

Those videos are good at orienting and OC but at the end of the day you have to work out what will work (voltage values) for your own system. There are no recipes for this stuff.

I tend to use realbench combined with hwinfo for initial testing for stability, if it passes that *then it will be good for running other stuff!
From there I tend to use cinibench to check cpu Oc
Timespy Extreme for testing gpu oc plus cpu.
Superposition *4K and 8 K for gpu oc.*
They tend to test the system well.*
