Rog claymore right arrow key problem !

    hi every one..

i bought the claymore keyboard 7 months ago, I love my keyboard but there is a new problem..
Right arrow key does not work in games or in Windows os
RGB light modes change, when I press the fn key there is no problem
    but not working in game
for example, in windows os ı write something...When I press it once, right arrow button it writes 4 times @ sign, then wipes it all off, writes 4 times q sign, then wipes everything, then writes different things randomly and then stops.
fully automatic.. just press the right arrow key once...

    I formatted the computer
    delete and reinstall rog driver
remove micro usb cable on keyboard, then ı I waited, then re-attached
    tried on different usb ports

the result is always the same
    please help me

I would contact tech support. Possibly ask for RMA if they don't have any suggestions. It sounds like it might be failing.

Try reverting the arrow key only or all the key assignments back to default (under Customize).
