[Bios] Maximus XI Extreme LLC problem

Hi everyone

System Spec
MB Asus Maximus XI Extreme
Bios 0805
CPU I9 9900K
Ram GSkill 4x8 4000 CL18
Samsung pro 970 512GB
PSU Bequied 1000W

CPU @5Ghz AVX offset -1, Bios vcore fixed @1.340 LLC 5, CPUz/HWinfo idle vcore 1.315 – Prime AVX max load 1.165v.
Sometimes the system crash at low load (1.26 to 1.28v)/load change. Tried LLC 4 to 8 but with every LLC aside from 5 crashes the System when the load changes from idle to full load.

Reset Bios to default (no OC all settings auto) Auto LLC 6 -> crash instant to 2sec in Prime
Switched LLC Auto to 5 and system runs prime / linpack 1h but random crash in Games at low load/load change
CPU and Ram tested in MSI Z390 ace at 5Ghz AVX -1, Bios vcore fixed @1.295v, CPUz/HWinfo idle vcore 1.286 – Prime AVX max load 1.270v runs without problems in Prime, Games, load changes etc.

Power draw and Temps about the same.
Advice needed cause I don’t know how to fix the problem. Why is every LLC setting beside level 5 crashing the system at load change?

(2) WD 1TB Black Edition
Corsair 900 D

With these settings i get the same result. Prime full load avx vcore to 1.199 - 1.208 10 sec. into the run system crash.
Run a few test with multi 49 to 47 and llc 6 (adjusted vcore / auto setting) at best 30sec till crash. Tried llc 7 even worse. Back to llc 5 and higher idle voltage 1.315v multi 50 axv -2 1h Prime stable avx/non avx. Avx offset 0 or -1 load voltage drops to 1.15 - 1.17 and get unstable single cores report error and stop the prime worker.
After testing i`m 99% sure this is caused by the vcore dropping to low. increasing voltage ends up with crashing non avx load

Load voltage is now just the same as llc 6 at 1.208 @5Ghz non avx prime and running
same load voltages, same power draw and right about same temps that i can read in tools @ same cpu multi llc5 running llc6 -8 crashing.
Only difference with llc6 and the right idle vcore i can run 5Ghz all core prime avx load over 30min (stopped the test) but then crashing shortly after starting prime non avx or cinebench 15

I have the configuration 9900k, Xi extreme, H150i, 2080ti, 16gb 3600mhz, I followed this configuration, I turned p95 for 1 hour and I got stability! the maximum temperature was 93 degrees! fine? Can I change something to improve the temperature?
