Rampage VI extreme, 1 x RTX2080 Strix, 1 x Hypercard 16x, 1 x Optane 280Gb 900p

I just want to confirm the best setup for the following devices to install and which slot, CPU or PCH lanes etc

Asus ROG Rampage VI extreme
Asus Hypercard x16 card with 4 x Samsung 970 EVO 512GB m.2
Asus Strix RTX2080 OC GPU card
Intel Optane 280Gb 900P PCIe x4 card
2 x Samsung EVO Plus 1TB m.2

Intel 9900x 10Core CPU 44Lanes
Corsair Dominator 3000Ghz 16Gb x4
Asus ROG Ryujin 360 Hybrid Cooler
Corsair 900D Case
Corsair AX1500i Power Supply

I'm hoping i won't need an intel VROC key for RAID0 for both Hyperx card of 4 x 512GB Samsung evo 970 m.2 and 2 x Samsung EVO plus 1TB m.2 on the m2.1 & m2.2 hopegulling using CPU lanes

Apparenlty Optane prefers PCH lanes so will probablu install in the PCIEX4_1 slot which uses PCH lane x 4

RTX2080 in slot PCIE_X16/x8_1 ( Top slot ) for 16x CPU Lanes
PCIEX8_2 ( Skipped so that full 16x is supplied to HypercardX in slot PCI_X16/X8_3 )
Intel Optane 900p 280Gb PCIe card x4 in slot PCIEX4_1 using 4x PCH lane
Hypercard X in slot PCI_X16/X8_3 for 16x CPU lanes
