My new Ryujin 360 no oled , no RGB just fan at full ( heat pump fan )
I just finished my new build and my cooler usb seems faulty , no oled ( live dash ) no RGB ( Aura ) just fan noise from head since temps are holding at 40 on normal installation of drivers etc
is my unit faulty or is it all off at default till some software installed ?Corsair 900D

Your fans are running so you're getting power. I would agree it sounds like the USB connection is the problem.
Make sure your USB ports on your motherboard are enabled in your BIOS.
The serial number is a sticker on the bottom of the box

I no longer have the box , the usb headers work , the main usb header goes into a next usb 5 port *usb other devices like Corsair power supply usb communication works , front multi card reader etc works , even tried direct*
