If the system is stable there shouldn't be an issue enabling it.

MRC fast boot works well as long as the RAM OC is stable. The training should come out the same every time, so it can be skipped by setting MRC Fast Boot.

Those Vccsa and Vccio levels are quite low and safe, in fact 1.25 wouldn't be out of the question for a high 24/7 overclock if needed. Since your OC is stable at those levels, leave them there.

So I'm still getting occasional errors in MemTest. Some boots I'm clean for hours and some boots MemTest throws errors after a few seconds. And I just noted there are two new posts of people having issues on XI motherboards with G.SKILL ram, one of which is exactly the same RAM as mine:

    https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...6GTZR-problems

I ran these same 4 DIMMs on a Maximus IX Code for 18 months without a single issue so assume there are still some BIOS-related issues ASUS needs to resolve.

Looking the memory listed looks like you are using (2) dual kits which may be causing incompatibility / instability issues. It is not recommended to mix memory kits. You may find that you will have to manually tune the memory and then..that is not guaranteed .
