Metor Exodus - Problem with Triple Threat promotion redemption

Can't get the redemption code for Metro Exodus after buying RTX 2080. I managed to redeem Battlefield V and Anthem, its just not working with this third game.

I tried sumbitting a ticket through their link, but it came back with an error (about unidentified URL)

Please respond ASAP if anyone can help.

I am also having the same issue however i was only able to get Anthem lol.

i Want BFV and Metro Exodus...

I am not even able to pass the redemption page to generate a code for myself for BFV or Metro Exodus.

It worked for Anthem but my GPU doesnt exist for Metro and BFV..

Please help team.
