    ROG G752 VT , truly thunderbolt 3?

I am about to buy a new thunderbolt 3 audio interface. I don't see the thunderbolt logo next to the thunderbolt/ usb 3.1 combo port on my laptop. So is this computer really a thunderbolt 3 fully compatible device. 40gbs???? Some tbolt cables say they won't work unless the logo in present. thanks

Yes it is 40gbps I believe. Your G752VT is on the compatibility list for this eGPU setup and it touts 40gbps (Scroll to the bottom for the compatibility list). A lot of Asus laptops support TB3 @ 40gbps.
