Helloooo world!

First of all:
My components:
Base unit: AS G20AJ 1A
CPU: CI7 3.60 G (i7 4790)
Memory : SO-DIMM 8G*2
HDD/SDD : 2TB SATA3 + 128 GB SSD SATA3
ODD: Slim Tray BD Combo
Wifi: Wifi (802.11 AC) + BT4.0(AZ)
VGA: NV GTX780/3GD5 (old) – NV Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti (new)
OS: Win10 64Bit
Audio: WO Audio Card
TV Tuner: WO TV Tuner Card
Monitor: Benq Full HD-DP
Power: It should be 180+230 V

I got some mad issue right here. I hope that there’s someone who can help me fixing it.
Yesterday I’ve bought a new graphic card (https://www.jacob.de/produkte/gigabyte-gv-n166tgaming-oc-6gd-gv-n166tgaming-oc-6gd-artnr-4827621.htm...) – a NVIDIA Gigabyte 1660 Ti to replace my old NVIDIA GTX 780.
So I began uninstall the old one and install the new one.
But now there’s the problem. The Computer starts to boot but then there’s this American Megatrends-Screen that tells me that there are 0 USB Devices (of course my keyboard and my mouse are plugged in) “No Keyboard detected”. I’ve tried many different things, but nothing could help, so I tried to describe my problem here.

Here’s a list of what I’ve already tried/found out:
- USB works if the Graphic Card is unplugged and if I use the motherboard-Graphic Card
- Reset BIOS Flash via CLRTC Jumper (no result)
- Set Jumper to the right position (JDC11 the left, JDCO1-5 up) to enable full power (no result)
- Change Keyboard/Mouse (no result)
- Change USB-Port – I tried every single 2.0 and 3.0 port (no result)
- Complete uninstall of the old Nvidia driver via „Display Driver Uninstaller“ (no result)
- Boot in safe-mode (no result)
- Disable Fast Boot, Enable USB Legacy in BIOS (no result)
- Installing the Gigabyte Driver without Grapahic-Card (via Motherboard-GraphicCard) (no result)
- All Motherboard-Devices (USB, Ethernet) do have access to power

Thanks in advance for your ideas,

"No Keyboard Detected! - Press F1 to Run SETUP".

I don't think Asus is interested in supporting our G20s.
They've moved on to their newer products where the money is. So much for brand loyalty.
This is my last Asus product. Will replace this with a newer brand as soon as I can. You should do the same!
