How do I keep the network enabled when I turn off the PC, CH7

Hi

My old motherboard (Sabertooth 990FX) when I turned it off the light on my router would change form white to amber. With the CH7 the light turns off.

Enabling Wake on LAN made no difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

you also need to disable fast startup in windows
