Looking for someone with experience re ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 CARD V2

    Hi there,

I've bought a new PC recently, this time AMD, my present config is:
    ASUS X399-E STRIX
    AMD Threadripper 1920X
Bootdisk: Samsung 970 EVO 512 GB
Fast Data Disk: Samsung 970 EVO 2 TB (in M.2 slot on Mobo)

Now I wonder if I could get the mentioned card (btw, why is it so hard to find infos about it, and why is the V2 not really available in Germany, found it only on eBay). I would like to hear from someone who has experience with this card, if
    - I have to backup and restore the data on my 2 TB disk, when I want to make a RAID 0 with a second 2 TB disk (which I will have to buy)
    - I can expand that 2 disk set to 3 and then to 4 in the future without wiping out the data
    - I am correct, that I have the choice to have this RAID set as a boot disk (one partition of it) or if I want it just as a data disk

I googled around a bit, but I found only videos or pages that talk about that card with 4 M.2 disks and everyone is talking about having to reinstall Windows. Is this true? I remember from installing the ASUS utilities, when setting up my PC, there was one piece of software for moving a boot partition to another disk. Clonedrive or something? Would that help?

    Thanks in advance

    cheers,
    Jürgen
