After replacing the same PSU (Cooler Master Silent Pro 850W), paper clip tested and ready, I connected everything I could back to its original state. The CMOS battery is in place, attempted to jump the motherboard using a screw driver, and now the computer won't turn on. The motherboard has those two "Start" and "Reset" buttons light up red. The CLR_CMOS light in the back is green...what's going on?
