I would like to ask with regards to the ASUS App Battery Health Charging. I had set it to balance mode which charges up to 80% yet it would still go over that limit. I tend to leave the laptop on charging mode as I may be away from it. Is there a way to implement the charging setting?

Also, I would like to ask if leaving the charger plugged in assuming the battery health charging app would work, it would stay at 80%, is it good for the battery to be used in plugged in mode or is it best after reaching the 80%, to be unplugged.
