Solder ball on capacitor next to the 8-Pin Power Connector

Not sure if I am to post this here or in the general discussion section. Please feel free to move the post.

Anyway. I'd very much appreciate your take on this. I noticed this solder ball on my Z270-I Board. Do you reckon this is in any way faulty or harmful?

Apparently, this is how it's supposed to look like.

you could just try to break it off, if it's not fully bonded.
Else, you (or someone with experience) could just put a soldering iron to it, to melt it away/suck up the blob. (I advise a small amount of soldering flux)
for some reason there was a buildup/excess of solder there, that got reflowed an blobbed up.
Can happen, and certainly not harmful (unless it detaches, and shorts something out)
